We offer a nature-rich, secluded conference and retreat venue in Skåne, southern Sweden, with a high level of professional service. Groups benefit from focus, discretion and quality throughout the experience – from meeting rooms and accommodation to dining, activities and hosting.
We offer half-day, full-day and multi-day conference packages. All arrangements are tailored and can include meeting rooms, technical equipment, refreshments, meals, activities and access to the wellness area. Exclusive hire of the entire venue is also available.
Our largest hall accommodates approximately 130 participants in theatre seating. Other meeting rooms are suitable for groups of 1-100 people. We host everything from executive teams to larger conferences.
Yes. Nordic Meetings & Retreats is well suited for corporate retreats, leadership teams and strategy days. The calm environment, professional hosting and activity options support focus, reflection and collaboration.
All meeting rooms are equipped with reliable fiber-optic internet, projectors or large screens, sound systems, whiteboards, flipcharts and writing materials. External technicians for advanced technical setups can be arranged if required.
We offer a broad range of activities, all tailored to your goals, including:

- Guided nature walks and forest bathing

- Guided reflection and focus sessions
We offer single, double and multi-bed rooms, each with a unique and harmonious interior. Most rooms have private bathrooms, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Full board is included in multi-day packages.
Our cuisine is plant-based, nourishing and prepared from scratch using seasonal ingredients. We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies.
Yes.
- We collaborate with taxi and bus companies for group transfers
- Skånetrafiken’s pre-booked taxi runs directly from Hörby to the venue
- We assist with transport planning from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and other airports
Invoicing is our standard payment method. Payment terms and any staged payment solutions are agreed upon at booking. Cost specifications are clear and structured to support internal accounting processes.
Yes. Invoices can be issued as a single document or divided by department, cost centre or internal structure.
Cancellation and amendment terms vary depending on group size and package. In many cases, participant numbers can be adjusted up to a specified date. Please contact us for terms relevant to your booking.
